I am looking for an Administration Manager (Office Manager) to work within an education environment. If you have previous school experience that would be an advantage.
Your duties would include:
- Devising and managing processes and projects, which could include recruitment, finances, advertising campaigns and events, and quality assurance
- Liaising with potential students, other institutions and government departments
- Preparing statistics and handling data, such as student numbers and attendance figures
- Dealing with some HR administration work such as starters and leaver.
- Handling queries and complaints
- Researching and writing reports
- Organising school events.
