Job title: Bid Manager

Salary: Circa 50,000 - depending on skills & experience
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the planning, management and delivery of complex bids to the MoD
- Plan and deliver activities in collaboration with engineering and other functional leads to agree bid strategy and plan
- Co-ordinate the bidding team to deliver the agreed project plan
- Be responsible for the risk and opportunity registers
- Oversee bid proposal writing
- Manage required Governance Reviews
- Manage and communicate bid statuses to a wide range of stakeholders
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience co-ordinating bids and proposals
- Experience co-ordinating and managing stakeholder relationships
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Shipley Bid Management Methodologies
- APMQ / Prince2 or equivalent Project Management qualification
