Building ManagerCentral LondonUp to £70k + Package Are you an experienced Building Manager looking for a new challenge in the heart of Central London, close to Fenchurch Street Station? This is a unique opportunity to take on a key role in managing a prestigious 240,000 Sq Ft state of the art commercial Trophy Building, with a competitive salary of up to £70k + Package.With on site support from a Technical Services Manager and an Assistant Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building, with a strong focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. You will also be managing a £2 million service charge budget, ensuring that all facilities and services are maintained to the highest standards.To excel in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in building management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
