A new role has arisen for a Contracts Manager with a leading main contractor specialising in refurbishment and fit-out works across the Education, Healthcare and university sectors.
Due to several new project awards they now require an experienced Contracts manager to be based in their Bromley office. With an annual turnover of just over £40m and with project values typically ranging between £500k - £3m, this organisation can demonstrate a stable background, continual and planned expansion, multiple repeat clients and an extremely high staff retention Rate.

Your new role
As CM you will work closely with a QS and site management team overseeing 3 -4 projects depending on size and complexity. Your role will be a combination of day to day man management, Co-ordination of information, forward planning and generally ensuring your projects are running to time and budget with minimal disruption.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need clear experience of working as a contracts manager in a main contracting environment, Preferably within fitout or refurbishment. Previous experience of working on Hospital or education projects is an advantage. Interested
