- Working in a number of projects at one time including grant funded projects, customer projects and internal product development projects.
- Reporting project updates to funding bodies and university partners, financial reporting on projects and ensuring deliverables are being met.
- Develop fit-for-purpose project plans depending on scale and complexity.
- Implement and manage changes & interventions to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and report on the status and progress of the project to all stakeholders, flagging issues as early as possible with respect to scope creep, timeline slippage, budget concerns, and delivery quality.
- A degree or similar in a science related field e.g. chemistry
- Project management experience within a technical environment
- Ideally a project management qualification
- Experience working on grant funded or similar projects
