Job Title: Site Manager - Commercial
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
Are you a skilled and motivated Site Manager with a passion for delivering successful commercial construction projects? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team in Birmingham, overseeing and coordinating site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project specifications.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety standards on-site.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Supervise and lead on-site teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Regularly report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact timelines or budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualification in construction management or a related field.
- First Aid at Work certification is desirable.
