Quantity Survey - Fit Out
Your new company
You will be working with a reputable commercial fit out contract that specialise in hotel, retial, leisure, commercial and office projects.
Your new role
As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for :-
- preparing and managing subcontract packages, appointments and material procurement.
- Oversee measures and report variances to the board and client team.
- Produce bills of quantities for construction and fitout schemes UK and ROI.
- Liaise closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to record all variations, change requests and instructions.
- Finalising of project accounts with detailed analysis and insight into project performance.
- Regular and accurate reporting to the Commercial Director, Finance Director and MD.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position, you will need to have an established career with project delivery in the commercial sector, and a thorough understanding of construction forms of contract and techniques including construction costs, and an ability to knowledgeably advise the client, and be confident with the use of Microsoft Office, Causeway, Redsky and other role related software packages.
