This should be accompanied by a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience OR proven substantial experience in providing commercial and procurement legal advice.You'll have an established history of managing caseloads and proven commercial law experience with emphasis on public procurement. You must be able to quickly adapt to and advise on the work of CQC's Commercial and Contracts Team and other corporate clients and be able to work under pressure in a small but busy team. As a Commercial and Procurement Lawyer within CQC, you will be responsible for providing advice and have conduct of legal files relating to commercial and public procurement matters.Duties will comprise of drafting, advising and negotiating commercial contracts with a focus on IT contracts, service contracts, TUPE, information rights, intellectual property rights, supporting projects, advising senior officers and key stakeholders on governance issues, and advising on procurement matters to ensure compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and other legislation.You will also be responsible for developing strong relations throughout the business, using knowledge to shape legal solutions.So, if you'd like to join us as a Lawyer, please apply via the button shown.
