Provie a professional project management services to insitituion on all construction, refurbishment, maintenance, infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects acting as Contract Administrator ensuring that works are completed to the agreed timescales, costs plans and quality standards
Developing design briefs and managing the procurement of a wide range of consultants and contractors for capital and revenue projects
Ensuring compliance within regulations and statutory legislation in relation to the procurement and delivery of projects
Co-ordinating a systematic approach to the handover of new build and refurbishment projects. Identify, make and incorporate recommendations for improvements to contribute to the continuous improvement of projects and processes.
