Job Title: Business Development Manager - Construction Sector

Location: Brentwood office (1 day/week), London (4 days/week)

Salary Range: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector, focusing on MNEs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation and collaboration with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of multinational enterprises (MNEs) and their business dynamics.
• Desirable: Experience in temporary installations within the construction industry.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients in London, with 1 day a week in the Brentwood office.
