Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a: Project Manager
Location: 1 Ardra Road, London
Principle Objective:
The role of Project Manager is an integral one within the Interiors Team. The role is responsible for managing and delivering construction projects, from conception, through to pricing and delivery. You will be responsible for working with our exiting and new clients, working to their brief or creating one, pricing, planning and delivering the projects. Our projects range from small office fit-outs, shopfitting works to larger D&B projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client communications for site meetings, and requests for proposals.
- Complete tenders.
- Organise and manage works on site with the team.
- Complete handover documents
- Work on Final Accounts
- Complete case studies.
Skills/ Experience:
Essential:
- Experience in construction project management/contract management 3 years +
- Good understanding of pricing and delivering a range of projects
- Experience in H&S and managing construction safely
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Good interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Good commercial awareness and critical thinker.
