Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is currently representing a successful business within the Essex area seeking a HR Advisor with hybird working.

Duties will include:

• Supporting Managers and Co-ordinate and Managing employee caseworks efficiently including grievance, capability, absence and appeals.
• Supporting HR Business Partners with Complex cases.
• Building good relationships with all employees in your role.
• Supporting Managers and being the 1st point of contact.
• Dealing with Complex Caseworks
• Providing and Training Managers on all ER Relate issues.
• Providing advice and guidance to all employees on relevant polices, procedures.
• Supporting Senior Managers
• Taking part in HR Projects.
