The Client:

elite s.s.s are currently working with a highly regarded high-end residential contractor based in West London. They are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to join their team. This role is integral to the delivery of complex refurbishments for high net worth private clients, with typical project values ranging from £2M to £10M.

The Role:

• Oversee Project Execution: Lead the on-site management of high-end residential construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate and Manage Teams: Direct and coordinate the efforts of in-house trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to deliver complex refurbishments and new builds on time and within budget.
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring that the project vision is realized while maintaining strong, professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
