Role Overview:

Responsible for delivery of allocated project on time, to budget, safely, and the management of motivated teams who perform to the highest level on site. Adhere and engage with QA/ISO system and other company procedures. Responsible for the delivery of an allocated project to programme quality, within budget in a safe organised manner

Role Scope:

This should be read in conjunction with the authorities chart that forms part of the ISO production manual

Depending on size, complexity and risk, this could be either a standalone Site Manager responsible for a project or acting as part of a larger management team . Not likely to have a large team to manage

• 200 + unit
• RC Frame
• Externals

Qualifications:

• HND/Degree level qualification or equivalent
• Experience of delivering projects up to £5m from inception to completion
• Experience in multi-phase, mixed use projects
• Broad knowledge of all trades
• Thorough knowledge of the construction process
