In short, we are looking for someone who has managed the installation (project management) of small projects, e.g, boiler swaps and associated pipework. You may also be responsible for managing the replacement of VRF's / VRV's / splits and small lighting upgrades.
The Role -
As a small works contact manager, you will manage projects 10k to 500k which will include the replacement of boilers and associate pipework and / or air-conditioning units, lighting replacements and small power upgrades for commercial and leisure clients in Yorkshire, the North West and North East.
You will manage direct trades and also sub-contract labour and manage projects from initial enquiry to hand over.
You will be client facing, be involved with pricing and negotiating works.
The Person -
You will have a mechanical trades background and have experience of managing small scale projects in a commercial environment.
Salary -
50,000 to 53,500
4%/4% pension + 27 days holiday + bank holidays + car allowance c 6,500
