In order to be successful, you must have:Experience overseeing the successful delivery of civil works in the water industry in a site management capacityCSCS, SMSTS and First AidStrong understanding of HSE policies and CDM regulationsAbility to manage construction activities and coordinate subcontractorsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsFull UK driving licence.
