Regional Sales Manager Salary £40,000 - £45,0000 Colchester, Essex Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking to make an impact on a growing broadband company? We're looking for Regional Sales Manager for a broadband provider based in Colchester, Essex. Our client is a growing broadband provider on a mission to ensure rural communities across East Anglia and Essex can access future ready, hyper fast, full fibre broadband. After securing a total of £146 million in from their investors, they are off to a flying start. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives in a field based capacity. Job Role: • Assist in the recruitment of new Sales Executives into the CBL team • Coach and mentor Sales Executives, not just on an immediate performance basis but also over extended periods • Be responsible for, and manage, team’s sales performance and coach/manage accordingly • Lead the commercial activity across the teams areas liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure maximum efficacy • Organise and hold village meetings and webinars at key stages in a sales project’s timeline • Ensure team’s performance is in line, if not ahead, of company targets and expectations • Engage with stakeholders and support Sales Executives with engagement of key stakeholders within a sales project • Deputise for Field Sales Manager during periods of absence (holidays, sickness etc.) Skills Required: • 2 years experience in a sales management role. • Full UK Driving License • Experience coaching and developing a sales team Apply now for more information
