ITS Construction is currently recruiting an experienced Residential Assistant Site Manager to join a reputable team working on housing association projects. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily management of residential construction sites, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.

Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work meets high standards, in line with project specifications.

Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Coordinate site resources (materials and equipment) to maintain efficient workflow.

Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including site diaries and progress reports.

Assist with quality control inspections and snagging.
-
Support the Site Manager in managing project budgets and controlling costs.

Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and guidelines.
Essential Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Site Manager, preferably with a housing association or spec builder.

Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and experience working with them.

Experience managing housing association projects.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and work with stakeholders.

Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.

First Aid qualification (preferred).

Valid CSCS card.
