Description

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters to managers and employees.
  • Handle complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects related to employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare reports with recommendations for resolution.
  • Deliver training and coaching to managers on employee relations best practices.
  • Monitor and analyse employee relations trends to identify areas for improvement.

Profile

A successful ER Specialist should have:

  • Proven experience in employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in providing advice and solutions to complex HR issues.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
