Your new role
As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across multiple active construction sites. You'll be responsible for:

Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring compliance with quality benchmarksConducting inspections and audits to maintain workmanship and regulatory standardsCoordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues swiftlyImplementing and monitoring quality control procedures across sitesSupporting health & safety compliance and continuous improvement initiativesThis is a mobile role requiring flexibility to travel between sites and a proactive approach to managing quality across diverse environments.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, with a strong focus on quality assuranceExcellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standardsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple sites and adapt to changing prioritiesRelevant qualifications in construction or site management
