GBRS are currently looking for a Project Delivery Assistant to work with our client in Weston Super Mare.
The main duties will include:
- Delivering client projects
- Ensure the Projects Task systems (PMS / CRM) are maintained
- Support and manage low level day to day client/stakeholder project relationships via reports and verbal communication.
- Provide support in project planning and implementation stages
- Contribute and lead the learning process for the project delivery team
- Manage project budgets and be accountable for project costs
- Provide project reports, management reports and adequate updates
- Support the generation of estimates, scopes, documents
- Manage the scrum and re-scrum process including the communication at all stages
- Coordinate the conducting of on & off-site activities in connection with promotions
- Coordinate day to day delivery management of data and digital functions
- Provide essential support in project task function (e.g. moderation/judging, contacting winners, attending print runs, verification processes)
- Taking minutes
This is a fulltime, permanent role, working Monday to Friday. (office based)
