The Company
Are you looking for an Ad Operations Manager role and want to join an amazing research agency who have been growing fast over the past 2 years? The agency works with loads of media networks providing assistance on their campaigns and helping them improve their services. You will get to work with a range of client teams advising them on the operations side of their digital campaigns.
After an amazing first half of the year the agency wants to add an Ad Operation Manager to their team and build out this growing side of their business.
The Role
- Creation and provision of tracking pixels to clients, for the collection of ad exposure impressions, based on an interpretation of their media plans.
- Working with clients and using our proprietary tools for troubleshooting any discrepancies and advise when tracking pixels are not working; possibly replicating any issues in appropriate demo environments.
- Monitoring the collection of impressions into our proprietary application; deriving appropriate reports for all projects to test for quality and comparing collection with claimed delivery of impressions.
- Building relationships with the Ad Ops teams of our clients, and working with them to build up knowledge of their platforms.
The Candidate
- At least 2 years' experience of working in digital ad operations, digital client services or in a relevant ad tech scenario, with an understanding of how digital media is bought and sold.
- Relevant knowledge of how data is transferred across the internet, with sufficient technical knowledge and understanding of how tracking pixels work.
- Knowledge of ad serving, programmatic platforms and digital delivery systems; familiarity with implementing tracking pixels at DSP and/or ad server level.
- A rudimentary knowledge of how GDPR affects impression data collection would be advantageous.
