Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to managers and teams, including preparing documents, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Act as a first point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling: Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are handled effectively.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organise physical and digital files, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of documentation.
  • Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure the workplace is well-maintained and functional.
  • Project Assistance: Provide administrative support to project teams, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and tracking timelines.
  • Compliance: Support adherence to company policies and procedures, particularly in relation to health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Ability: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and willing to learn new software systems.
