Brook Street Are recruiting for a min of 3 month contract for a company within the Manpower Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Stakeholder Support:
- Respond to queries from Hiring Managers, Suppliers, and Workers within 24 hours.
- Provide 1st line support for all queries, ensuring timely acknowledgment, investigation, and resolution.
- Manage multiple email inboxes efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant helpdesk.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle day-to-day and scheduled report requests.
- Enhance the recruitment tool to meet client requirements, including integrations and low-level configuration requests.
- Input data accurately with high attention to detail.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- VMS Recruitment Tool Administration:
- Set up new users (Timesheet approvers / Hiring Managers) and send out guidance.
- Provide support to Fieldglass users, escalating issues as necessary.
- Assist with uploading weekly hours for payroll, including re-uploading timesheets for new rates.
- Upload backdated loyalty bonuses for various business areas.
- Support and implement major changes in Fieldglass (e.g., migration to SAP, pension changes, BU rate changes).
About You:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment is essential.
- Communication:
- Positive communicator with an excellent telephone manner and confidence in dealing with challenging stakeholders.
- Organisational Skills:
- Proven self-motivation in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
- Adaptability:
- Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, with a helpful "can do" approach.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High competence in data management, manipulation, and validation.
- Problem Solving:
- Proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to see projects through from inception to completion.
- Deliver clear, concise reporting and continually review processes for insights and improvements.
- Learning and Documentation:
- Willingness to gain new knowledge related to the VMS application.
- Ability to understand and document requirements and other project materials clearly.
