SecretarySecretary / Administrator required for financial services clinet to include all administration duties for the Partners/Advisors of the firm and work well as part of a team. You'll be involved with the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. The majority of your work will involve both written and oral communication, word processing/typing and dictation, and requires relevant skills such as IT as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.TasksAs a secretary, you'll need to:

You'll be involved with the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. The majority of your work will involve both written and oral communication, word processing/typing and dictation, and requires relevant skills such as IT as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.TasksAs a secretary, you'll need to:
- Be proficient at dictation - audio and copy type
- Proficiency in Microsoft - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Use our internal management system - CCH (Training required)
- Use and understand the CCH billing system/month end billing required (Training required)
- Understand our Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures and work closely with our AML officer (Training required)
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Photocopy/print/scan various documents
- Organise and file paperwork
- Manage filing system/archiving of files
- Sort and distribute incoming post
- Send outgoing post with the use of a franking machine
- Keep diaries for all Partners and arrange appointments
- Set up Zoom/Team calls
- Schedule and if necessary, attend meetings, create agendas/take notes
- Liaise with external contacts, clients/suppliers
- Help with arrangements of in-house and external events and attend, if necessary
- Help and support your team and the office manager
- Proven work experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Team working ability
- Good time management
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
