Air Conditioning Site Manager required in North London
Basic up to c£50k+car allowance.

THE ROLE
Based on site, you'll be managing a c£1.5m Air Conditioning install package.
Overseeing a team of installers (ranging from approx 3-15), you'll be responsible for health & safety, quality, programme of works, ordering of materials, agreeing variations and monitoring of cost and budget.
Working closely with the Site & Project teams of the mechanical and main contractor, you'll be attending site and programme meetings as required.
On completion of the 2 year project, you'll be part of the project teammoving into a full project management role.

THE PERSON
We're seeking an Air Conditioning Installation engineer, ideally with experience as Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer, Site Supervisor looking to get off the tools or those with experience as a Site or Project Manager.
Ability to lead install teams and control a site.
IT literate on excel and word packages.

THE PACKAGE
Basic in the c£45-50k bracket, with £6k car allowance.
Possible bonus scheme to be discussed.

THE LOCATION
The site is based near Islington / Camden Town.
Ideally you'll be based within an easy commute to site.
