- IR35: This role is inside of IR35
- South west/2 days on site/1 day in the office North
Minimum Requirement:
Candidates will require FM experience, FM Services Hard and soft services, dealing with Supplier management of these services across multiple sites
Commercial and financial disciplines
People management including mentoring, motivating and development
Asset management, maintenance and contract & supplier management
Managing complex customer relationships and stakeholder liaison
Managing multi-project programmes of maintenance or capital investment
