Asbestos Removal Supervisor: Salary up to £52,000
Asbestos Removal Operative: Salary up to £39,150
Asbestos Consultant / Surveyor: Salary up to £40,000

Roles and Responsibilities:
Asbestos Removal Supervisor:
- Supervise and lead asbestos removal projects ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare necessary documentation.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on all job sites.
Asbestos Removal Operative:
- Conduct asbestos removal operations under the supervision of a supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards during removal activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to removal projects.
- Ensure high standards of health and safety on all job sites.
Asbestos Consultant / Surveyor:
- Conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys in various residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collect samples, perform visual inspections, and accurately record data to assess the presence and condition of asbestos-containing materials.
- Complete lab paperwork accurately, including the timely posting of Bulk Samples.
- Engage in personal growth to achieve full competency and certification in all consultancy areas.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge with trainees, and supporting colleagues.
Requirements:
Asbestos Removal Supervisor:
- Valid Asbestos Removal Supervisor Certificate (minimum 2 years experience) and all relevant documentation.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Asbestos Removal Operative:
- Asbestos Removal Operative Certificate (minimum 2 years experience) and all relevant documentation.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving License.
Asbestos Consultant / Surveyor:
- At least 12 months of experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited company.
- P402 certification is essential; additional asbestos modules are a plus.
- Strong understanding of asbestos-related regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Clean UK driving license.
