We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required an Asset Manager- Construction for one of their public sector Clients based in Leeds (Hybrid).
- IR35: This role is Inside of IR35
Minimum Requirement:
- Extensive experience of working in the construction industry in the field of Design, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or Asset management.
- Extensive experience and strong understanding of using IT systems for managing information through the Building Information Management or Soft Landing approach (eg Autodesk BIM360/A-site/Viewpoint) across Design and/or Construction phases of projects.
- Expert understanding and knowledge of information management, and the information life cycle in the construction or property industry, with extensive practical experience of applying this.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Word, Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with experience of ensuring governance and compliance.
- Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager
