We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required an Asset Manager- Construction for one of their public sector Clients based in Leeds (Hybrid).

• IR35: This role is Inside of IR35

Minimum Requirement:

• Extensive experience of working in the construction industry in the field of Design, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or Asset management.
• Extensive experience and strong understanding of using IT systems for managing information through the Building Information Management or Soft Landing approach (eg Autodesk BIM360/A-site/Viewpoint) across Design and/or Construction phases of projects.
• Expert understanding and knowledge of information management, and the information life cycle in the construction or property industry, with extensive practical experience of applying this.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Word, Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with experience of ensuring governance and compliance.
• Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager
