Are you a dynamic leader with a background in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance? Ready to take on a key role in the Maintenance Management team of an established contractor? Do you possess a proven track record in the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance? Then we have a compelling opportunity for you!

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of contracts valued at 2-4m. You will be accountable for the leadership and management of a team of up to 20 staff, including Engineers and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Engineers.
• Act proactively in the Maintenance Management team, driving improvement.
• Cultivate positive client relationships and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Analyse performance and lead employee development and succession planning.
• Implement efficiency strategies, support new business, and provide coverage as needed.
• Handle operational issues and resolutions among stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Background in M&E/Building Services, qualified to HNC or equivalent
• NVQ 4 or above in Management & Leadership (Beneficial)
• Comfortable costing and supervising reactive & small works projects
• Proven track record in M&E Maintenance and P&L management.
• Knowledge of contracts, statutory compliance, and health & safety.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
