Morgan Law is currently supporting Boutique Property Management consultancy who are looking to expand their project management team, due to a recent increase in work load.

You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and with variety clients predominately across the NHS and Local government .

This role offers home working, with the occasional requirement for on site client meetings. The successful candidate with have experience of working on property acquisitions and disposal projects, ideally within the public sector and have a track record producing business cases.

As well as offering home working this role sits outside of IR35.
