Job description Paragon Resource Solutions are working with our client recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join their expanding team in Kings Lynn As the Assistant Site Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the build process, ensuring that new homes meet exceptional standards. In this fast-paced role, you will supervise and coordinate sub-contractors, material suppliers, and utility providers, ensuring that all building methods align with quality and programme targets. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures at all times. Skills Required Qualification / Experience: NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar SMSTS qualification CSCS Card Qualified First Aider Fire Marshall Scaffold Awareness LOLER certificate Full UK driving licence In-depth knowledge and experience of construction build programmes, ideally in housebuilding Sound commercial awareness Good knowledge of Building Regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to contribute to the resolution of disputes Organised and self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of projects Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs, demonstrating a strong problem-solving ability Computer literate, including Excel, Word, Outlook Keywords Assistant Site Manager
