Assistant Site Manager. Residential Developer. Canterbury / East Kent We are currently recruiting for Assistant Site Managers for an Award Winning Housebuilder in Maidstone and surrounding areas. £40 - £47k plus car allowance, and flexible package. Our client is currently looking for a couple of Assistant Site Managers to support their existing team of Site Managers on a few sites in and around the Canterbury and East Kent area. Known for developing exceptional award winning projects across Kent they are keen to speak to anyone with experience of working on a new build housing project who wishes to progress their career with expert input from Site Managers, Project Managers and visiting Contract Managers. Candidates will ideally have: Experience as an ASM in the New build environment CSCS SMSTS/SSSTS First Aid Driving licence This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established business working on a number of live sites in Kent and a very healthy landbank and plans for lots of new projects.
