One of our clients is actively seeking a skilled Assistant Site Manager to oversee a modular build MOD project in West Midlands. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, with excellent communication skills, essential for encouraging strong relationships with our valued clients, sub contractors and Site Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise trades on-site and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage RAMS, health and safety protocols, and ensure all work is conducted safely.
  • Oversee both internal and external construction works.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the end client, Project Manager, and other Site Managers.
  • Lead and manage site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.

Requirements:

  • Black CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of site management experience.
  • Level 1 security clearance.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Preferably experienced in modular build projects.
  • Ideally, experience with a Tier 1 contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Proficient in MS Projects.
