Your new role
As one of their projects is underway - they are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Assistant Site Manager.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in managing the development of the site ensuring that programme, quality, and cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme. Support in effective management of the site team and subcontractors. Play a crucial role in overseeing the construction process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality homes to schedule. Contribute to our commitment to customer service excellence. Lead an experienced team to drive this package, ensuring the site is operating in a safe and productive manner. The key part of this role is coordination and organisation, so you must be an excellent communicator with a strong ability to influence and motivate your team.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in the housebuilding industry is essential . The successful candidate should also be confident in briefing a team and have a strong understanding of how to coordinate, organise and lead a team to achieve handover and completions. You will have a professional approach, and commercial awareness of the project, monitoring the progression and timeframe of the programme. You will have the ability to fit in well immediately with a productive site team. SMSTS is essential. Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs In depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements e.g. Health and Safe and Building Regulations What you'll get in return
