Experienced Assistant Site Manager - exciting residential project based in Lanarkshire area - Temporary
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in the housebuilding industry is essential . The successful candidate should also be confident in briefing a team and have a strong understanding of how to coordinate, organise and lead a team to achieve handover and completions. You will have a professional approach, and commercial awareness of the project, monitoring the progression and timeframe of the programme. You will have the ability to fit in well immediately with a productive site team. SMSTS is essential. Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs In depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements e.g. Health and Safe and Building Regulations What you'll get in return

As one of their projects is underway - they are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Assistant Site Manager.
