Madisons Recruitment are looking for an assistant site manager/finishing manager to oversee the final stage of a new build project in Fleet, hampshire.

Long term potential with this client and alternative sites to follow onto should you achieve the deadline set out with the Fleet project.

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Assisting with contracting of the live site
• Manage day-to-day operations of each project
• Ability to identify resources and assign responsibilities
• Work directly with the site manager, clientele, developers, and designers to identify the deliverables of the project
• Produce regular project reports both externally and internally
• Manage pre-construction process including cost plans
• Site inspections
• Quality control
• Site Inductions

Assistant Site Manager requirements:

• SMSTS
• 3-day first aid course
• Residential experience
• 1+ years experience within Assistant site management
• CSCS Card
