Assistant Site Manager, Leeds, 4-5 Months, Start Immediately, New Build Housing.
Your new company
A regional Housebuilding Company is looking to strengthen their site team with an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager who has a background in new build housing.
Your new role
Your new role consists of overseeing the completion and handover of 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes, ensuring they are built to a high quality and finish. You will be working closely with subcontractors ensuring they work to the project programme and standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a good understanding of NHBC Standards. You will have strong experience as an Assistant Site Manager and can provide recent references on new build housing sites, you will have a valid SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid qualification, good work ethic and be a complete team player.
What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive hourly rate, which will be paid weekly, an assignment to start asap and possible temporary to permanent employment with our client having new sites starting locally this year,
