A Leading Housing Developer are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a development in Telford. Offering ongoing work and a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site activities
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress and quality of work
• Communicate effectively with the project team

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid training
• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

• Prior experience as an Assistant Site Manager on a high volume development
• Knowledge of new build housing projects

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Working Conditions:

• On-site at construction developments in Telford
• Full-time hours
