• Assistant Site manager required to support a site for an award winning house-builder in Gloucester

The project consists of several units, which is a mix between 3-4 bedroom houses and apartments and consist of both private and H/A sales. The site needs to be managed by a highly experienced individual, who can push the project towards the end of the programme

THE ROLE

• Site build from the inception to handover
• Health and Safety
• Ensuring site is completed to time and budget constraints
• Liaison with NHBC and LA representatives
• Control and monitoring of sub-contractors
• Able to read and interpret drawings
• Supported by an experienced Project Manager and Contracts Manager

THE PERSON

• At this stage, the Client would like to invite applications from existing Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers who are more than ready to take the next step up.
• Experience of new build speculative housing and the ability to demonstrate a strong and working understanding of the cycle of housebuilding
• A check-able work history within housing
• Possession of a current CSCS card, SMSTS and 1st Aid
