About the Company
We have been retained by a fantastic Facilities Management business who are on the lookout for an Associate Director to lead the operational and strategic direction of the cleaning services division across a broad range of contracts within multiple industry sectors.
The successful individual must have held a senior management position within a large Facilities Management business preferably with Soft FM experience.

- Must have a proven track record in a Senior Operations role within an FM business (preferably within cleaning and soft services)
- You will be responsible for a division delivering c. £30M annual sales, managing KPI s and service level agreements to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Must have strong practical knowledge of commercial contracts in order to ensure that contractual obligations are being met in full.
- Leading a team of senior managers to ensure operational excellence across the division.
- Must have been involved with union agreements that determine pay and conditions as well as helping set the service requirements for the workforce.
- Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and major projects.
- Working closely with a range of different departments across the business to champion a positive, productive and cohesive culture.
- Working with colleagues in the HR department to champion the people, health & safety and wellbeing strategy.
- Constantly working on continuous improvement with regards to policies, processes and innovation of the service offering.
- Great team player with moral integrity and a professional, friendly and reliable approach.
- Actively engages and supports the company s charitable activities.
- A proactive communicator that can deliver impactful and timely business updates to the board of Directors.
