1. Basement & groundworks management experience ESSENTIAL
2. Ability to manage building and fit-out works.
3. Reliable with good time keeping.
4. Able to read drawings and technical specifications.
5. Friendly and approachable. Able to deal with delivery schedules and keep good relations to the neighbors of our project.
6. Knowledge of basement construction, reinforcement, Concrete and structural steel works.
7. Site Management Qualifications. Minimum SMSTS.
8. Full knowledge of Health & Safety procedures & Paperwork.
9. Technical Drawing, office documents, excel etc an advantage.
