They are in an exciting period of growth, and we are seeking a Benefits Manager to play a crucial role in optimising and shaping their benefits offerings across the dynamic EMEA and APAC regions. Based in their London office with a hybrid working model, this position offers the opportunity to help shape the benefits framework and define the employee benefits strategy for the company.

As the Benefits Manager for EMEA/APAC, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day benefits operations for the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Lead and support projects related to benefits initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Manage a team of benefits professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Benefits Director in driving the strategic direction of benefits offerings, processes, and framework.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective benefits programs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for regional benefits-related queries and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing EMEA and APAC benefits in a global organisation, preferably within the financial technology sector.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering on projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience managing and developing a team, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
  • Excellent understanding of benefits compliance, regulations, and market trends in the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment, adapting quickly to change.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.

  • Competitive salary in the range of £75,000 - £95,000, plus performance-based bonus.
