O'Neill & Brennan are assisting a leading developer with their search for a X2 Block Manager for a new project based in camdem.
This is consists of 102 units of RC Frame apartments.
The ideal candidate will need expierence in
- internal and external on time and on budget from start to finish.
- Managing quality control/R-Drive QA system
- Responsible for good H&S.
- Coordinating and managing construction sequence
- Reporting to Project Manager and Constriction Director on daily basis.
- Be confident with NHBC requirements
The interviews will be taking place next week. Wk between 16th - 20th Dec
