They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful execution of Building Management Systems (BMS) projects.Responsibilities:Strategic Project Management:Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to understand project requirements.Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Resource and Budget Oversight:Manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track expenditures.Proactively identify and address risks to prevent delays or disruptions.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Implement quality control processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Client Training and Support:Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to address inquiriesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.years of successful BMS project management experience.Project Management Skills:Proficient in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management.Experience with project management software and tools.Technical Knowledge:Comprehensive understanding of Building Management Systems and related technologies.Familiarity with BMS software and hardwareCommunication and Leadership:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated leadership ability in guiding teams to project success.Results-Oriented:Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
