Building Contracts Manager
Monday - Friday: 7.30AM - 5.00PM (Flexibility Required)
Annual Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Day to Day Duties
- Working with the existing contract managers and supervisors to achieve full planning of each operative's week, utilising both the short-term planning and the long-term planner.
- Weekly/monthly meetings to discuss up and coming works to ensure the correct labour is allocated.
- Taking on building projects in its entirety from the initial enquiry, pricing the works
- Pre start meetings, running the projects to project completion.
- Building job folders
- Ensuring site specific RAMS are in place prior to works commencing.
- Ensuring that every operative leaves the office with full description and understanding of the works that is to be carried out.
- Ensuring the correct tests are carried out and documented.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge in the building industry and current standards and regulations
- Knowledge in building, electrical, mechanical installations
- Ability to price and run projects.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience is essential.
- Full UK driving license.
What training is provided?
- Guidance will be given during the first 6 to 12months.
