Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a high profile within the organisation by developing and building strong links with key individuals and departments
• Engaging with local partners and keeping them informed of project progress to strengthen collaboration
• Overseeing the running of capital projects within a defined project methodology, budget, and timetable
• Managing and coordinating design and building teams to ensure seamless execution of project areas
• Setting and monitoring key target dates for the development and completion of projects

Job Requirements:

• Experience within building services or a related field
• Proven experience in managing capital investment projects
• Strong project management capabilities, including setting and meeting strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key individuals and departments
• Understanding of project budgeting and financial management
