Building Surveyor (Rail) x 2
Rate: 450/day DOE
Location: Birmingham and Watford
Length of Contract: 6 months initial

We are looking for Building surveyors to join on some long-term projects.
This position would be working on the visual inspection of all off-track assets, ensuring reports are submitted to the Section Manager on the condition of the off-track assets
This position would be suitable for an existing Building surveyor with Rail background.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and deliver asset condition surveys, ensuring statutory compliance and deadlines.
- Contribute to survey program development and report progress to Assistant Delivery Manager.
- Ensure Network Rail policies and mandatory reports are followed
- CDM 2015 Building Surveyor responsibilities.
- Work nights, weekends, and occasionally away from home as needed.
Essential requirements:
- PTS Essential
- Strong Building Surveying experience
- Ability to maintain accurate inspection records and allocate work accordingly
