An immediate post has arisen working within a design team on an interim contract for 6 months or longer, to assist with the increase in work, as a Maintenance and Minor Works Surveyor. Overseeing Planned Maintenance Project Management of the Commercial Stock, you will be expected to hit the ground running overseeing planned and reactive works. Please note this role operates outside of IR35.

You will be working alongside 6 other surveyors, reporting into the Lead Surveying Manager and be part of a

Duties of the Maintenance and Minor Works Surveyor;

Planned Maintenance Project Management, overseeing solely commercial buildings including;
Schools
Office blocks
Stations
Corperate Buildings
Sports Facilities

Project Managing multiple Maintenance projects including overseeing windows, doors, adaptations and roofing refurbishments, as well as some reactive maintenance.
