Description
- Support the Property Services Manager in managing repairs, voids, cyclical works, and planned maintenance programmes. 
- Assist in the day-to-day management of cyclical maintenance contracts. 
- Support the collation and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for management meetings. 
- Assist in preparing reports for board meetings and senior stakeholders. 
- Assist with stock condition assessments and procurement of quotations for planned works. 
- Oversee works order production, ensuring alignment with schedules of rates. 
- Monitor invoicing processes and manage variations to works orders. 
- Analyse customer satisfaction data to enhance the tenant experience. 
- Oversee the efficient turnaround of void properties, minimising rental income loss. 
- Conduct pre- and post-inspections of void properties and allocate work accordingly. 
- Perform regular reactive repair post-inspections to ensure quality and value for money. 
- Diagnose complex repair issues and advise on appropriate trades or contractors. 
- Manage complex repair projects from inception to completion. 
- Provide technical advice to improve repair, voids, and cyclical maintenance standards. 
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant safety and building regulations 
Profile
- Degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (or demonstrable equivalent experience). (Essential) 
- Knowledge of housing, asset management, or property maintenance sectors. (Essential) 
- Experience of surveying for stock condition assessments. (Essential) 
- Familiarity with Schedules of Rates. (Desirable) 
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. (Essential)
