Description

• Conduct regular surveys of premises to identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with the facilities management team to plan and execute maintenance works.
• Supervise maintenance projects to ensure completion within the set deadlines and budget.
• Prepare reports on the condition of the stores and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during maintenance works.
• Work closely with store managers to minimise disruption during maintenance.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of the company's sustainability initiatives in the stores.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Surveyor should have:

• A degree in Building Surveying, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• A good understanding of the retail industry and its maintenance requirements.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the retail industry.
• A commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
